Edessa Research Consultants is a woman-owned research and evaluation firm based in the US Virgin Islands, specializing in program design, monitoring and evaluation, Theory of Change development, and results framework design for international development and social impact organizations.
Founded in 2018 and operating across 34 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, Edessa has built a track record of delivering rigorous, right-fit evidence for organizations working in global health, WASH, child development, humanitarian response, disaster risk reduction, and community development.
We are Caribbean-based and Caribbean-committed. Our location in the USVI gives us direct regional knowledge and long-term embeddedness in a geography where strong evaluation and programme design capacity is genuinely scarce. We work with UN agencies, bilateral donors, international NGOs, and philanthropic funders who need credible, actionable evidence delivered by a firm that understands the contexts in which they work.
